These are our generic Terms & Conditions for travel itineraries. The Terms & Conditions for your trip could be different from the exact ones mentioned on our website.Please refer to the Trip confirmation details for the same.

Payment Policy :

Booking Amount : 50% of Land package Cost and 100% Flight Cost 

Balance Land Package amount + Visa Charges are payable on or before 60 days of travel start date

Cancellation Policy :

If you Cancel your Holiday 60 or more days before departure: 50% will be deducted

Between 59 to 45 days before departure: 60% will be deducted

Between 44 to 29 days before departure: 70% will be deducted

Below 29 days before departure: 100% will be deducted. No refund.

The above is for land package only. For flights , the policy of the carrier will apply and processing charges will be deducted. Ferries, buses, Cruises, and trains costs are non refundable. Any other non refundable booking like Disney Park Tickets, Gandola rides extra are not covered under the cancellation policy. Any credit note or voucher issued is excluded for the same and its T&C are mentioned separate in your voucher/credit note.

Other Terms & Conditions :

- On payment of the balance amount in full, you will receive your confirmation with the final itinerary. This confirmation will be valid for your travel on the tour. Your final documents will be issued, upon receiving your balance payment. It may be noted that the aforesaid payment does not include anything not specified in the itinerary of the tour.

- In no event any Credit note/Voucher issued to you shall be exchanged for cash/cheque and the said credit notes shall be non-transferable, not refundable, non-extendable, Moreover, if you fail to use the issued credit notes in your next trip as per voucher's T&C , than the issued credit notes shall become null and void. For avoidance of doubt, the said credit notes shall not be adjusted against any other trip.

- Notwithstanding anything, the company at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such situations, we will organize the tour on a different dates as mutually agreed between us and make your bookings for the same. However, you will not be entitled to claim any compensation/amount that has been received by us. It is mutually agreed that the amount that has been received by the company shall only be adjusted for booking your tour through the company. Incase a mutual agreement for travel, price or date is not decided, then on case to case basis we will refund the amount (after necessary cancellation fee) as a credit note to be used at a later date. No cash/bank refund will be provided. Moreover, the company shall not be liable for any cost or any fees relating to the issuance and or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.

- The company further reserves the right to change the itinerary and hotel, if necessary, in a similar category as specified at in the itinerary. The company further undertakes to provide the facilities and or inclusions committed to you at the time of booking of the tour.

Due to weather conditions there can be changes In the routes and inclusions of daily tours which is beyond our control. Our tour vendors will strive to fit in the most feasible activities for the day. In such event we are not responsible for refund/reschedule or compensation of any such tour.

- We or the supplier of the services in question shall not be liable for change, if the change is due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control and the control of our suppliers,. Examples include hostilities, political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, snow storms, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic or health risk, advice from an environmental health office or body, government restrictions, technical problems to transport, road traffic conditions, airport closures, adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control. This includes force majeure. a) Any natural calamities like a heat wave, heavy rain, floods, landslide, earthquakes, snowfall, extremely bad weather etc. b) Any delay or cancellation of flights,ferry, trains, bus etc. c) Medical problem, sickness, physical inability to manage with the itinerary or any other such matter. d) Lost luggage, loss of personal belongings and/ or theft etc. e) Change in foreign exchange rates after the declaration of the tour price. In the event of any of the above, there will not be any refund/reschedule or compensation or any liability due from our side at Twilight Escapades.

- In addition to our rights above, we may refuse to accept a booking or terminate your holiday in the following circumstances: a. If you fail to advise us in writing at, (or promptly after) the time of booking of any relevant medical condition or disability from which you suffer and for which you seek special assistance or attention from us or our suppliers; b. If, during the holiday, we reasonably consider that you are unable to cope with the demands of the holiday. c. If you act unreasonably and we reasonably consider that your actions or behaviour are likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, employees or third parties or to the property of any person.

- If you are prevented from travelling or from completing your holiday in the circumstances set out in above clause, our responsibility to you for your holiday will cease when we terminate the holiday.

- You shall not be entitled to any refund where we terminate your holiday in the circumstances set out above and we will not be liable to pay any refund, reschedule or compensation to you because of terminating your holiday.

- You are responsible for checking in for flights/buses/trains/ferries/cruises/airport transfers/sightseeing coaches and presenting yourself for all prebooked attractions whilst on holiday. The company cannot accept liability for clients missing any of the above because of late check-ins, delays or arrivals. For train ,buses and flights,pls take it up with the local supplier/carrier at the numbers provided. Any issue with your intercity/airport transfer will be also taken up by us with the concerned supplier. The same is governed by the cancellation policy stated in your travel document. No other compensation will be provided

- You are responsible for joining our coach tours as per the pickup time is given on your confirmation. The company cannot accept liability for clients missing any component of your tour. No refunds will be given for any missed/delayed tour.

- Vehicle Rentals : All rentals are subject to the full rental agreement terms and conditions at the time of rental. A credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons, even if the rental has been paid for in advance. Your credit card imprint may be used to pay all extra charges including extra insurance, GPS,parking fines, damages or any cost due to the rented Vehicle as a result of the renter's use of the Vehicle. Vehicle types : Our partners reserve the right to substitute vehicles when the reserved car types are not available. The substituted vehicle must always be of the same quality (or improved) as the booked vehicle. Gasoline / Diesel : The rental car should be returned with the same amount of gasoline/diesel as on delivery, or a charge will be made for the missing liters. The responsibility of the vehicle lies with the travellers. Any damage to the vehicle or life is responsibility of the travellers. We advise you to take the necessary insurance cover for the same. 

-The medical insurance provided as a part of our holiday package is a service rendered to our customers. The insuranace provider is responsible for fulfilling the same. We are just facilitaters to buy the policy for you. Incase of any medical emergency or  any need arising to avail the same, the customer needs to reach the insurance provider. Same is applicable for any additional insurance like for loss of luggage or flight distruption etc purchased by Twilight Escapades for you.

- The booking conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation arising under or concerning these booking conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.

- We are not a ticketing company, but a tour company. Your package is a compilation of hotels, sightseeings, inter-transfers,airport etc depending on the package we create for you and the same is accepted by you. Bifurcation of individual costs cannot be provided or entertained. Incase of additional activities chosen at a later stage to be added in the package, we will share our price for the same and you have a choice to accept or decline.Once selected and upon payment for the same, we will add it in your package.

Our cancellation policy is clearly stated in every trip itinerary and may differ from case to case basis. The terms and conditions mentioned in our travl document made for you is what governs your trip. Your trip is always governed by our travel t&c. Irrespective of individual cancellation policies of our vendors and suppliers in the vouchers we provide you, we will abide by our cancellation policy that we have shared with you in your trip itinerary. The T&C mentioend on our vendor's voucher are for our contract with our suppliers and vendors. By accepting the trips via Twilight Escapades, you are accepting this clause. Even if any hotel, activity, sightseeing,transfer,trains, ferries, coaches etc, all that constitutes a part of your trip except Flights, that constitute a part of this itinerary have a different cancellation policy, the same is not applicable to your booking unless its a no-refund/exchange clause. If any activity/sighsteeing/booking made for you by Twilight Escapades is non-refundable/non-transferrable/non-rescheduable, then that will apply. In that case even for your booking that has a refund amount as per cancellation policy, we will not be able to refund the same. Example : Disneyland Park tickets are a part of land-package, but non refundable, non-extendable and non transferrable. Hence the cost of the same will be reduced from refund due to you as per cancellation policy.

Other Terms & Conditions :

- The company would not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred or suffered by you if the information provided by you in the Registration/Visa Form turns out to be inaccurate/ incorrect. The company is just a facilitator for supporting your Visa application, the responsibility of obtaining the visa rests with you as the same is evaluated based on your credentials. Visa fee is non refundable.

- Tour Cost Excludes:  Visa Fee, No Porterage included, Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. Meals other than what is mentioned in your Itinerary. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “Tour Cost Includes”, Overseas Mediclaim, Tips to Driver: EURO 3 per pax per day (Compulsory) Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras to be paid directly to the hotels / the service providers.

- Passenger Comments / Complaints : It is imperative that any complaints be made known to the respective handling agents or its representatives without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken.

- Cancellation / Refunds: Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled as per the cancellation policy. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel / the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. Twilight Escapades/its affiliates/partner vendor reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary charge an administrative fee. For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilised services and no-Shows. In the event of no show Twilight Escapades/its affiliates/partner vendor  reserves the right to release the complete booking and levy 100% cancellation charges.

- Responsibility: It is understood that, we act as Travel operators only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes. During your holiday your driver, tour leader, guide, hotel or other service providers may offer services or excursions which are not included in the price of your holiday or listed in our itinerary. Since they do not form part of your tour with us, we do not accept any responsibility for their cancellation or curtailment or for any loss, damage, injury or death that you may suffer. If you wish to make a complaint or bring a claim in relation to such excursions or activities, then you should contact the person who offered them to you directly.

- Your Holiday Price: Once we have sent you a booking confirmation or invoice, we will only change the price of your holiday if there is a change or increase in any one or more of the following: a) Transportation costs (including the cost of fuel); b) Dues, taxes or fees chargeable ,such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports; or c) The exchange rate applicable to the particular holiday package. (Our prices are fixed using the exchange rates available in the month of November d) In the event of a significant increase in any of the components that are included in your tour cost i.e.: hotels, entrances, flights, transportation & food.

- Tour Operation: If we do not have minimum 25 Pax required to operate the group tour, we might operate the tour on other date.We might operate the tour on another date or we can withdraw the tour departure. If the group will reach late due to traffic jam or any other justify reasoning. It’s possible that we can cancel the sightseeing/excursion. In the event of a breakdown of a coach on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, we will endeavour to replace the coach at the earliest and will not be liable for any refund or compensation. However sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In this event we are also entitled to use a replacement coach that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement coach may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach. Passengers will be responsible for any services missed out by them due to not following the stated time; this includes meals, transfers, sight seeing, flight, etc.
